One of the fastest-growing Indie bands of the last decade, Inhaler recently released their stellar third album, 'Open Wide' which blends bright Indie melodies with a modern Post-Punk edge. Stemming from bands like The Stone Roses and The Strokes, their music consists of powerful rhythms and melodic guitar lines. The new album showcases the duality of their music, ranging from the synths and Springsteen-esque vibes of 'Even Though' to 'Your House', with its blend of their Indie-Rock power and modern synth elements.

Inhaler started the night with their new title track, 'Open Wide', then followed with a transition into 'Dublin in Ecstasy' which forced an electric feel through the crowd. The evening featured a blend of their new material and fan favourites, which showcased the bands’ sonic journey throughout the years.

Their performance was led with emotive vocals frontman, Elijah Hewson throughout the night, particularly the final verses of 'Who’s Your Money On? (Plastic House)'. His vocals were compelling, delivering a perfect emotive rendition of their songs.

The band’s synergy was apparent, each member creating a cohesive sound that pulsated through the venue. The intensity of the evening progressed as the band played a combination of songs from their previous and most recent album. 'X-Ray', from the new album, enraptured the crowd with their ABBA intro from 'Gimme Gimme Gimme' performed by Josh Jenkinson on guitar.

The encore of 'Billy (Yeah Yeah Yeah)', 'It Won’t Always Be Like This', and 'Your House', embodied a perfect ending to a perfect night at the Apollo. Inhaler’s performance at the Apollo was a testament to their evolving identity and their intense connection with the audience at their concerts.
