Self Esteem returns with rousing new single 'Focus Is Power'!

After making her theatrical debut in Cabaret on the West End, Rotherham-born musician Self Esteem is back and raring to go with her compelling new single, ‘Focus Is Power’.

Joining her on the track is a female-dominated choir, combining their voices to a catchy chorus grounded in self-determination: “And every time I fall, I crawl back like an animal / My focus is powerful”. It’s impossible to not get goosebumps when the underscoring instrumentation is removed and we hear the isolated harmonies from women belting messages of self-love and acceptance. Through these bonkers vocals, she tells us to put our energy into what we enjoy and where our passions lie, a beautiful way to return to her song-writing roots.

Self Esteem is back and bringing the energy to 2025, and we can’t wait to see what other tunes she has in store for us on her upcoming album ‘A Complicated Woman’.
