Scottish rockers Stillhound have marked their electrifying departure from their older sonic landscape with new single ‘Don’t Touch The Water’ - a funk-infused track which bursts at the seams with toe-tapping rhythms, in-your-face guitar work, and carefully produced vocals.

The Edinburgh based trio are exploding back on the scene after a six-year break spent honing their sound and pushing it in a brand new direction. ‘Don’t Touch The Water’ offers up big bass, big drums, and big prospects for the Indie Rock outfit.
The track serves as a fusion between the digital and analogue, with an almost beachy, sunsoaked feel flowing through each groovy bassline. The drums provide a stark melodical change and an air of shadowy angst - carried along a darker soundwave by some effortless work on lead guitar. Stillhound embodies a free-flowing instrumental fluidity that is bound to translate well in their upcoming third album.
