After the release of their debut EP ‘Still Life’ back in February, Indie Rock outfit Fright Years are taking a leaf from their own book with the release of their latest single ‘Wait for Nothing’.

The Edinburgh-based band have a talent for creating music with a cinematic quality that feels like it’s been taken from a movie scene, and “Wait for Nothing” is no exception. Showcasing the magnetic and powerful vocals of Jules Kelly, complemented by an electric swirl of guitar riffs, the track takes a turn from the emotional intensity of their previous work, leaning into a more carefree, live in the moment kind of vibe.
Taken straight from the heart, the guitar driven anthem radiates a positive message of self belief and encouragement, the idea that it is possible to have all the things you’ve ever dreamed of. Just in time for autumn, this song truly is a spot of sunshine in a grey sky!
