Originally carrying a love for the theatrical, New York’s Micky James has taken this love and poured it into his cocksure brand of Indie Pop. After emerging on the scene in 2018 with his debut single ‘Give It To Me Straight’, he has grown into his sound and gained attention with his bold singles including the DREAMERS collaboration ‘Rest Of The Best’.
His latest release lays down a glam infused verse comparable to Miles Kane. It then bursts into life with an infectious, feel-good chorus that is ready and waiting for those big venues. Soaring guitar sounds flowing underneath James' powerful and distinctive vocals make for an anthemic concoction of Rock sounds, both modern and nostalgic.
