You can’t help but be lured in by the melodic, haunting pull of soft siren’s new single, ‘California Heatwave’. The side project, formed by members of Sidewalks and Skeletons and CASHFORGOLD, they join forces to produce a dark spectral fusion of gothic sound. The layered guitars shimmer and wash over you, while a familiar bass line drifts beneath, creating a Shoegazey haze that feels both nostalgic and otherworldly.

The vocals rise into the verses, delicate and spectral. Gliding through the melody like the hush of a siren’s call, conjuring visions of warmth, escape, and distant shores. Everlasting rhythmic guitars and tingling drum patterns melt together, wrapping the song in a dreamy, salt-kissed texture. As the track reaches its peak, scattered sounds and echoing laughs whirl around you, pulling you deeper into the tune before the chorus guides you back into its glowing reverie.

They have now followed this track with 'Low' another alluring and hypnotic track that is nostalgic yet unmistakably new, crafting a single that leaves you suspended in a mystical, radiant trance you won’t want to break away from. We can't wait to hear what they have in store next!
