Gazee is a brand solo new project from Natalie Newbold, filled with bittersweet nostalgia and crunchy Indie textures. An experienced musician in her own right having toured with the likes of The Front Bottoms, this project is a solo venture in the truest sense of the word. Natalie has written, performed and recorded every single instrument and vocal part of her upcoming album, a truly impressive feat. 

The first single to be released from this exciting new project is ‘Delete Me’, a swooping Indie lament that screams of lost love and toxic relationships. Totally there’s so much to love as the infectious fuzzy guitar riff tangles with the soothing smoothness of Natalie’s vocals in the verse. The chorus then raises the energy, diving into a singalong F*ck You anthem with powerful lines like “I’ll see you in hell” that beg to be sang back. 

It’s a delightfully impressive soundscape that showcases the solo talents of Natalie without ever becoming self-indulgent, always putting the track first and focusing on creating delicious indie melodies and generating powerful emotion. Judging from this track alone we can’t wait for the album.
