American Indie Rockers Night Cap tease second album with new single 'Like That'!

Night Cap’s newest single is the perfect song to see out the summer with. Detailing the frustrations of not being seen or treated the way you desire from the person that means the most, ‘Like That’ offers catharsis in the form of dancing such feelings away. The high-hat lifts that back the melody tap into an early-2000s Indie vibe, capturing a certain nostalgia for a simpler time without being repetitive.

Clocking in at 2 minutes and 44 seconds, it creates a succinct and satisfying story that embodies quieter moments of reflection in the verses and complex feelings in the chorus and middle-eighth. It’s the type of song that would be played during the encore at a festival headline whilst you’re arm-in-arm with your mates. 

The single is part of their second album, ‘It’s Happening’, which is out late September. Since their formation in 2017, the band have refined their sound and carved out a space for themselves in the scene; their latest single continues to solidify their place as the Next Big Indie Band.
